We had some routine maintenance done on our cars at Tim's. We ended up needing to get another car in a very short amount of time. So we went to Tim and he worked with us to get us into something we could afford but also would work for us. About a month after we bought the car we had a few issues with it. But Tim fixed them without charging us for it. Our car with 185000 miles runs more smoothly than any other car we've had. We'll continue to take our cars to Tim's and when it's time to get another car we'll be buying from him too.
