I called Tim’s because there was something going on with my 2009 Saturn Vue Hybrid after being told by multiple shops around Portland that trying to resolve my issue was a waste of money and time due to the car being discontinued. I had one shop tell me to just sell it and not even bring it near them. Obviously, that wasn’t an option. When I called, Clint enthusiastically responded that they do work with Saturns, and they would be happy to take it that day. I let them know that it could be the Hybrid Battery system, preparing for the worst, but also that it really seemed like the starter. When my car got there, another tech answered and said they would do their best to keep my appointment and get it seen that day. Well after closing, I got a call from Clint directly, saying it was the starter and that they had ordered the part just in case and had it ready to install. Their hourly is beyond reasonable, and they took extremely good care of me and the vehicle. Sarah and Clint are wonderful. They are kind and personable, and I felt like a valued customer from start to finish. I will absolutely be making this my home mechanic.
