Called to check user vehicle availability and was able to drop off my vehicle the same day and get a user vehicle while repairs were being made. I didn't have to worry about time to have a vehicle due to this great feature. Been going to Tim's for 7 years now. The team has always been kind and knowledgeable. I've taken my Jeep in for a couple of services. I've had my O2 sensors replaced, top and bottom motor mounts replaced and I think there's something else I'm forgetting. Absolutely pleased with my service and with the employees including Tim himself. At this point I have to travel from Kaizer Oregon to Clackamas but it is well worth the drive. I feel like this is a honest mechanic shop and I don't get treated like a dumb female. Would absolutely recommend Tim's Automotive.
