I have been to Tim's Automotive multiple times. They have extremely high standards on the quality and safety of any work they do, and yet they work hard to give the customer the best price they can without compromising those standards. Customer service and communication are equally high. Once a repair and a deadline for it's completion has been agreed on, if anything changes or even threatens that, they immediately contact the customer to inform, explain, and do everything they can to accommodate the customer needs. They have literally earned my complete trust, and with it, my unwavering loyalty.

Tim and his team do a great job and are reasonably priced. Tim does what is needed but doesn’t do anything that is not necessary. Great honest company.

Some new people but the tremendous care and diligence are still top notch. I have been going to Tim's for many many years and they always have, and I am sure will always, take great care of all their customers.

Amazing service and honesty!

As always, I was able to just drop in with what I thought was a simple fix. I had a headlamp that had burned out. As busy as they always are, they fixed it while I waited and they found another bulb to replace. Just can't say enough about Tim and his crew that would due them proper justice!!
