I bought a used truck from Tim. It was the first truck I ever bought. He took time to explain things. The Check Engine light came on after a few days. He said he’d give 30 days warranty on the vehicle, even though it was sold as usual “as is”. He took it in, diagnosed and fixed the problem, did a few more things I requested, which I expected to pay for, but did them for free. That was going above and beyond and I didn’t expect this. Then he sent me off saying, to reach out to him anytime I have an issue with the truck. He offered to train me to remove the spare tire (it is underneath the truck bed) so I would know how to do this correctly. It is refreshing to know that people and places like this exist. I highly recommend you give him your business as well!

While I do not remember the service tech’s name (younger fellow), I want to complement him on his customer service, friendliness, and attention to detail. Tim would do well to keep this guy as his diligence will take him far.

All the people at Tim's are always doing a terrific job and always looking to help make their customers feel appreciated and welcome. They do great work and listen to any and all concerns one has, and are great at answering (and explaining) any and all questions or recommendations that they propose.

I was very pleased with the service and the front office staff was friendly, informative and answered all my questions as a new customer. I will definitely be back for future service.

They did a thorough inspection for concerns we had with the car and even fixed a nail in a tire that we didn't know about.

After having a bad experience at another shop I took my car here for carburetor tuning. This team knew exactly what I needed for my setup. After getting it back we found it was slightly lean. They had me bring it back they jetted up and took care of me. Now the tuning is fantastic and drive like it should.
