After looking all over for an affordable SUV that met our needs, we found what we wanted at Tim’s. The price was more reasonable than other places and after purchasing, when we noticed small issues like two of the window switches and air conditioning not working properly, they promptly replaced the switches and fixed the air conditioning without charge. The same day we purchased the car, they took care of our DMV registration and DEQ test that was due to be performed. They took the time to explain things we couldn’t figure out about the car and how best to maintain it so we don’t have maintenance needs in the future. Their oil changing service is the most affordable I’ve ever heard of and they said they would give us our first oil change for free since we bought our car from them. They are patient, kind and very honest people who bend over backwards to give good service.

Tim was awesome to work with

I don't typically stay with one service provider as long as I've been with Tim's Automotive. Cost of labor and materials is fair, loaner car is provided if needed, work is guaranteed and front office staff are friendly( very unusual these days). Recently I was in for an oil change and received an estimate for preventive maintenance coming up with a great explanation about why and the time line and cost for each service .Having this in advance helps me budget ahead and assures me I will have a reliable car for years to come.

Tim is awesome! He and his crew go above and beyond to take care of customers. If he runs into an unfamiliar problem, he doesn't go down the "let's replace things until we figure out what it is" rabbit hole that so many shops do. We had a really weird error on our Camry Hybrid. He researched and researched to find an obscure mention of the error, giving us peace of mind. With our Chevy Tahoe, he patiently covered each problem, explaining each one and answering questions. We live in Salmon Creek. Tim is totally worth the drive across the river. Can't recommend highly enough.
