The punch card oil change is a great deal, and Tim does a check over the whole car so I can plan ahead for when things need attention.

They get you in and out in the specified time. Very courteous and attentive staff. Careful, sometimes they have chocolate at the desk so you weigh a few more pounds when you leave.

I absolutely love Tim’s Automotive. The replaces the tail light that was broken in an accident. They did things fast, and they did things right.

For several years, I bounced between car mechanics and auto repair shops, receiving questionable quotes and diagnoses for my various vehicle's troubles; on more than one occasion my vehicle would be running worse after the repairs than it seemed to be running before them, leading me to need more repairs within days of getting my vehicle fixed in the first place. Dishonest and/or sales-oriented mechanics and shops always made the already desperate and anxious situation of having my large family's only vehicle break down much, much worse. So, a few years ago when I pulled into Tim's automotive, I was more than a little apprehensive. However, when I walked in I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff that seemed much more interested in getting my van back in working order than in taking advantage of my auto repair ignorance. They took the time to detail what they found that was in urgent need of repair, why it was a problem, and what the consequences of not repairing certain items was without exaggerating or reverting to hyperbole. When they had difficulty figuring out what was causing one specific issue, the owner of the shop, Tim, even stepped in and helped out regardless of how busy he seemed at the time. Then, since emergency car repairs rarely occur when I have money saved up for them, they worked out a payment plan with me that worked with my budget at the time. And, obviously the most important part, my van returned to me in far better shape than it had been, with all of the issues resolved, and I felt genuinely confident in the work that had been done on it. Since that first visit, we've become a regular and get all of our services, from oil changes to major repairs, done there. I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed in the services and work I have received. Tim's Automotive is honest, dependable, and knowledgable and seems genuinely invested in taking care of their customers best interests. They deliver high quality work for prices that make sense and I strongly recommend them to anyone needing auto repair and maintenance services.
