If you are looking for a honest, fair, and competent auto repair facility, this is where to find it. I have been using Tim’s Auto for about 7 years. They follow the same business model most shops use, but add honesty and trust to the equation. When you take a vehicle into most shops for repair of an issue, they will often try to finagle you into a more costly repair. While at Tim’s, they will do a thorough safety inspection, and advise you if there are other issues with your vehicle. They will be honest, but never give you the pressure sell. They are very good at what they do, and always use quality replacement parts, while usually more expensive, you get what you pay for in auto parts. They stand behind their repairs with a full one year warranty. If you need a loaner vehicle, they can arrange for it. They are always courteous and friendly. What more can you ask for? Tim's Auto has been taking care of our cars for years. They are conscientious about their work. They analyze problems and fix what is necessary. In other words Tim's Auto will not simply just replace parts and hope the problem goes away. They have a relatively inexpensive oil change program. It makes you have your car checked out every so many thousand miles. That way problems can be detected early before they become catastrophes - like you're stuck in Malheur County with a broken serpentine belt. They do good work but it is not inexpensive.

I am leaving another 5 star review! They have now seen 3 of our cars and the quality of care remains the same! They make sure everything is perfect before they give your car back! For me, it is time and money well spent! I recommend them highly!!

I took advantage of Tim's Automotive oil change card and bought one to get a complete oil change with everything included for the cost of 1 punch on my card. My scheduled appointment took about an hour. While vehicles that use synthetic oil get a different offer, my van uses regular oil so the card was $100 for 8 complete oil changes. Do the math. It's both a great deal and complete front to back inspection comes with it every time keeping you updated on any problems that might be developing. Obviously, if you have the work done, Tim's would like to get the order, but there's no obligation or pressure. Just honesty as to how urgent or soon the work should be down but your decision. Just another reason I pass other shops to go to Tim's.
