I don't even know where to begin but I would trust Tim and his crew with every single car I ever purchase! But unfortunately I'm not from the area but have friends in Portland and I've had a few car issues starting to pile up on my car and decided while I was there visiting friends to see if there were any good mechanics in the area to fix a serpentine belt. I found Tim's and I was immediately enthralled by his presence over the phone, I wiped all the other mechanics I had called before him out of my mind and went straight to Tim's. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions (as I'm a lady who likes to ask A LOT of questions out of curiosity and to learn for myself) and was able to get my serpentine belt replaced and fixed within an hour! I asked about a few other things that needed fixing on the car as I was told from a BIG chain mechanic that I had over $5k things wrong with my vehicle and $3k of that was just labor, I needed a second opinion and got one from Tim. Big chain mechanic screwed me over and like Tim said they only care about money and not the customer which I agree. Turned out my front brakes needed to be replaced from uneven wear from brakes I only got about 10 months prior from that BIG chain mechanic, they were cheap garbage but Tim replaced my front brakes too and resurfaced the rotors - he put top of the line brakes on at a fraction of the cost that the BIG chain mechanic had charged me for the now unevenly worn down brakes. I wish we had a Tim's where I live cause I honestly do not trust anyone but Tim and his crew to look at and fix my car. He wants your business cause he knows that he'll do the best job possible with you in mind and not your pockets! This is a family business, he does an excellent job and creates a learning atmosphere for you so you know what to look for. He showed up the wear on our brakes, what they looked like how they were affecting my tires and everything. I have NEVER once ever had a mechanic go through all that just to show me what was going on visually. They are affordable, very friendly, and know what they're doing!

Very thorough inspection and done in a timely manner. They worked on my car a couple months ago as well and it's running good!

My vehicle was making a loud noise while driving and it sounded bad. I wasn’t sure what it was but it sounded really bad. I pulled up about 1:30 and immediately the tech (owner Tim) said “I can diagnose this in a second, let me take it for a spin “. Within 2 minutes he was back and told me what was wrong and gave me some options for the repair. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. He got things going and got me a ride home to wait. The repair was done the same day. Tim knows his stuff and has local connections for the parts. I am never happy to pay for a vehicle repair, but this was like going to the dentist and getting the Novocain and the gas. Painless.

We have been taking our autos to Tim for over 30 years and always received excellent service and explanations of what needs repair. Tim is great to work with.

Tim has been taking care of every car I've had for more years than I can remember. Always honest & addresses every concern or question I have about the care of my car. Can't imagine taking my car to any other garage. Thanks Tim & staff!
