Our family has been trusting Tim's Auto for about fifteen years with most of our auto concerns. He is a genuine resource even without his crew. Bottom line is that they always take good care of us.

I cannot recommend Tim's Automotive enough. Thanks to a very lengthy process with insurance/extended warranties, etc., my Chevy was sitting at Tim's for over 2 months. That being said, Tim and staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They worked around the clock (literally) to make things happen and to get me my vehicle back to me as good as new. They kept me informed, were up front about the entire process from the beginning, and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. They have my business going forward, but I sure hope I don't need them anytime soon. :) Thank you, to Tim and staff for such great service!!

Been a customer at Tim's for years. Service is usually quick. My car was done a few days before its estimated time. The employees keep you in the loop and really give you the details on what needs to be done to your car. Plus its a bonus I live just down the road.

Found this place on whim through AAA. Highly recommend. Everyone is professional, friendly & thorough at their job. I started here with a battery replacement and brought my car back after someone told me that my car was unfixable. They found the problems and fixed them OVERNIGHT. There’s a list of things that need to be repaired but I’m determined to chip away at the list. These people are trustworthy and there isn’t any waiting around and guessing. I live downtown but will gladly make this trip to Tim’s.

Took my CTS to Tim's from a recommendation they diagnosed all my issues & explained to me the cost of fixing. I ended up having my timing chain replaced, they also found a large fuel link in the system which I had them fix also. The staff was super helpful & Sarah is super hot so I definitely would come back if/when needed. 👍

I had a problem with my car that needed to be diagnosed and resolved. I looked into possible causes and considered fixing it myself. I'm glad I didn't because it would have cost me more time and money. Their service manager was great and the staff was professional. They performed the repairs and it was far less serious than I expected. They could have easily taken advantage of me and I wouldn't have known. The business is honest, professional and friendly. I will be returning for all of my future car needs. Not only are they honest but also competent.

I had a problem with my 1950's classic car, I couldn't drive it in traffic without the engine dying. Tim's Automotive fixed the problem. The estimate and description were in great detail. The cost did not go above the estimate. I would go there again.
